Unhappy Blue Smoke/Engine Burning Oil Vitz/Yaris 2010

I have Toyota Vitz 2010 in 2013 which was driven 23K according to ODO meter and now it is around 80K. Few days before I noticed during weekly checkup that car exhausts blue smoke when I raised its RPM to 35000, I also noticed that it reduce Engine Oil to 0.2 - 0.4 Liters during first 1000 KMs.

I Checked it to Toyota Islamabad motors in Pakistan, they said that Engine required overhauling and Piston rings needs to be changed.
Same wording listens from other reliable mechanics.

Both persons also suggest to replace engine.

The current Engine is 1KR-FE 1.0L. The condition is very good. Good mileage, no vibration, no extra sound very smooth driving with or without A/C. I always use HI-Octane (never Mix with super). Use 20w-50 Zic Engine oil. Also check plugs they are also fine.

Kindly suggest how can I save my existing Engine or what do you people think to overhauling it or replace with same one or 1.3L ?

Looks very clean inside. Try replacing the oil, oil and air filter, and the PCV valve. And your spark plugs if fouled or old, and check them again in 1000 km or so.

If the oil-burning blue smoke continues and is unacceptable, a rebuild is likely needed. I always advise rebuilding the engine that is in the vehicle rather than replacing it. (Unless it threw a rod, etc.).

To me that picture indicates the oil wasn't changed as frequently as I change my oil.

However, .2-.4 liter of oil per 1000km is nothing to get excited about. Keep driving the car as is is my recommendation. Your friendly neighborhood car mechanic will gladly charge you thousands of dollars to rebuild your engine even if its a week old!

Oil changed every internal of 5,000, In that picture oil is only used 1,100. Which is 20w-50.

It sounds like the previous owner(s) didn't take as much care of the engine as you do.
A huge amount of wear occurs while the engine breaks in. Frequent oil and filter changes may have been neglected. In some cases, cheap car - cheap owner - no maintenance. It's first oil change may have come just before time of sale.

If you are using synthetic oil, you could try reverting back to conventional oil, or a "High Mileage Oil" which have seal conditioners....that may help a little.

I'm Not using synthetic oil. I also used LM Motor Saver but it was not help full.

Now I again changed oil to check if there is any issue with oil, if it doesnt work what do you think May I go to rebuild or swap engine. Here in my country Yaris OEM parts are expensive then to swap engine.

change the PCV valce. Then do a compression test. then pour a bit of oil into the spark plug hole and re do compression test. See if the compressions changes. This will help rule out piston rings or valves.

If it's not the PCV valve chances are the person before you gave the engine hell right out of the gate
