Wheel well rubbing against tire

It seems I hit a curb parking, and my front right wheel well it loose, and rubbing against my tire when my tire is turned all the way, like when backing out. Does anyone know how to fix this? or how much it will cost to fix?

look under your car. simple as that. probably need to reattach something around the plastic skid plate under the front of the car. it's a common problem.
