I have these for headlights: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/le...ght-bulbs.html

Works better in the OEM reflector housing than HIDs. Just find the correct bulb size for your 3rd gen.

Also, I wouldn't bother doing anything to the OEM foglights as you're not going to get much out of them. You're better off replacing the fog light assembly with these: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/to...to-xb-led.html

Usually LED descriptions say what their equivalent wattage is to HIDs/halogen. And don't trust eBay descriptions on "lumens" as they will not be anywhere near those stated specs for generic LEDs.

Comparing those Peak LED headlights to the OEM halogens.

Bottom light spread is the BMW X5 fog lights I installed into the lower grill (my LB didn't come with fog lights, and these wouldn't fit in the OEM location). Those Morimoto XB fog lights are brighter than these X5 ones and can fit in the OEM location.

I'd be very interested in the Morimoto xb fogs if someone can confirm they fit a 2017

I would suggest contacting The Retrofit Source and ask them which of the Toyota ones (oval or round) would work for the 2017. Who knows, they might work something out for you if you were to be the guinea pig.
