fog light install experts please help

this is whats going on

2007 LB US
"kargoboy fog lights"
disabled DRL
I've looked at the european manual every DIY and post I could find.
I even called Ray in New Zealand to see if he could talk me through it.
Although Ray was VERY helpful he has no DRLs.
I grounded the orange DRL wire.
my kit has the center console switch.
I would prefer to use the center console button b/c I'm being cheap and don't really need the light stalk switch.
under the hood seems fine...per RAY I hooked the hot wire of the fog harness
directly to the battery and the lights worked fine.
verified fuse in poition 12.
grounded switch
installed 4 prong relay
and I tried every combination of hooking up the remaing wires as per the manual and DIY.
still can't get them to work
Maybe I'm missing something or maybe I got a bad relay?
I'm no electrician by any means but I'm not an idiot either.

if anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

never thought to check the switch. My main problem is where do I wire the red/white wire into. The diagram says to attach it to the green parking light wire, but there are three green wires on the connector. Or can I attach it to another hot wire?

Mine were the one garm had from overseas. Is the US switch the same?

Send a message via AIM to cm07yaris
I'm going the stalk version and will have my switch, harness, and relay up for grabs.

it is either your switch , or the earth wire from the switch has a break in it .
Also try returning your day time running lights to factory operation.
as yellow wire under steering wheel (pin 3) should not have power on it
when ignition is turned off

remember i told you how to make a simple switch (over the phone) using a light bulb
and the relay turned the fogs on and off ,(useing pin3 and earth) try replacing the earth wire on your switch
also diconnect the pink wire you have attached to the green wire in your
consol and leave it disconnected for know.

If this fails buy a simple switch with a led on it connect it to the earth
and too the yellow wire ( pin 3 under sterring wheel) similar to what i talked you through on the phone .

and just in case you want to phone i am away this weekend , with my boy's. sorry i am not of more help.
