That's appears to be a ground kit.

It adds a few extra contacts to the chases for grounding.

Hey davino1966, are those mirror turn signals OEM Toyota? If so were you able to get the connector that plugs into them? I plan on doing the same mod but can't find the proper electrical connectors. I can jury rig it but prefer to use genuine connectors. If you have a source please share. Thanks.

Those are from a Prius C 2013 . Had to cut cover with Dremel. I bought used mirrors from a junk yard cause Toyota does not have pigtails for lights the mirrors cost $275 . Here is the yard I ordered from they had about four sets of mirrors. American Dismantling 800-527-2739 or 909-822-3715 The mirrors are from a 2013 Prius C

so you can just swap the led's out and put them inside the oem motor and oem mirrors ?

Yes you can but you have to cut the covers to the shape of the signal light. I had to buy mirrors from junk yard cost 275 with shipping.
