How long have you had your account, and how much space are you using?

I'm not sure of the exact date, but it was in early 2005, and:

I have it since 2006.

Je gebruikt momenteel 197 MB (2%) van je 7297 MB.

It's in Dutch, but you'll understand the numbers

I actually never use it unless I have problems with any other e-mail

wow... the opposite for me, I use it as my single email now and forward from all the other mailboxes, so I don't have to worry about logging in to so many mail sites and setting up an email client each time I reinstall my PC

I *just* signed up for a gmail account on Friday. They have a chat thing on there...and at work, Google is an "acceptable" website. So, all my coworkers use it to talk to each other.

i had it since it came out,

i delete all my trash and old messages i don't use though, its just easier to sort through stuff in the long run.

My oldest account was when they first started with the invitation-only beta back in '04.

Regardless of what they say in no point in deleting stuff, I do it anyway. LOL

It'd be really funny, if Google decides to pull the plug and everyone's scrambling to back up mail. It is after all, technically still in beta. Not likely, but it could happen.
