[Detail] Corolla AE86

The car in question is a Corolla AE86 of a friend mine of the year of 1987.
The painting is of origin, this Corolla never gave problems or it was not Toyota.

This detail was distribuido of the following form: Late and night of 2ª fair, late of 3ª and 4ª fair, complete day of 5ª fair, and today 6ª fair for the photographic session… leaving the paleio of part is the photos of the one here Well before

The process for the laudering with Sonax and the beautiful of the followed glove of the decontamination of the painting was initiated

Already all descontaminado, initiated the isolation to pass to burnishing

They had started entao for “attacking” with sponge of burnishing and IP that if disclosed insufficient. In a section to the side we test a solution a little more abrasive, and still without passing to the PG, we test the IP with yellow sponge of cut that also if disclosed not to be capable to give account of the message. There they had had that to opt to the yellow one + PG that was used to pass in “the still virgin” sections. In the sections that already had tested it was transferred plus one the two times white + IP the same stops for the painting all in state.

Here my friend to give to it with yellow and the IP. To notice that in the first day we appeal to “normal” lampada to see swirls therefore our searchlights of halogeno with the tumbles in the bagageira they were with the casting lampada one. In the following day already it counted them to me with lampada of halogeneo.

to remove the excesses of polish…

E the first results to be appeared

The first results had been so positive that we do not resist to give FF in that bit soon… E the results one more time are at sight. The part that reflecte the PC already had been polishing with FF

Already without the ribbon… it is noticed difference

Here already the cowling practically soon

In the remaining portion of the car, they had been adaptandom burnishing to the state of superficie. The laterals had been only polishing with white and seen IP if not to justify the use of the PG. In some very especificos points happened again burnishing with IP, without appealing to the PG.

Yes, that is the white sponge….

Interiors we here go

For the interiors they had disassembled the banks of the front to clean alcatifa better and the proprios banks.

The interior was all clean with APC and the brush triple duty of the Meguiars that is to hiper useful! Alcatifa was inhaled, clean with APC and a brush and inhaled all again. The estofos had been inhaled, clean with APC, inhaled again. Upholstery had still used 1z Carpet and foam for the banks, had brushed well and inhaled the banks one more time. The skin of the banks after clean with APC was conditional with Poorboys Leather Stuff with shining results (that one smells the skin….)

Before versus Later

“Later” he seems spotted but it is only moistness of the foam that not yet had dried in the totality.

Before

Later

Here the carpet covered of foam

E one more time… Before versus Later

E here a photo of the interior already practically finished:

The plastics had been all the treated with 1z Tiefen and conditional rubbers with Gummy Pfleger.

They had passed then to the diggings of wheel and the engine. What it was made in the engine not if can consider a detail, therefore we clean with Engine to degreaser of a short while superficial form and only treat some plastics and rubber.

Here the digging already washed with engine to degreaser. In the deep o tar it has that esquesita color and he is really clean… the aspect is that he is not optimum the plastics of the digging had been dealt with balsam.

The part of inside of the clean cowling already.

The engine before:

Here during the cleanness

Here only some plastics were conditional… the rubbers not yet had seen gummy…

Unhappyly we do not have photos of the final result therefore we estavamos tao compenetrados in the detail in itself that we take off few photos and the few that had been taken off was for the owner of the car.

Coming back to the exterior of the car…

The plasticos had been polishing with Meguiars PlasticX and the polishing glasses with 1z Glass polish.

E here the treated lighthouse after

The final inspection started then

E followed the finishing with black color + FF

Car pra is there… To make finishes it laudering, of this time with Raindance

You have supper them that there they were had not been treated therefore, as they must already have repaired you have supper them had been changed by news that they had been only clean with APC where necessary and stamped with PWS. The tire substitute also was white of treatment… Laudering with 1z Wheel Cleaner, stamped with PWS and New Tire Look in the tires

Continuing

Lackfinish...

To dry… the car until already it smiles

It was finished applying grojet with a wet applicator MF and the Nattys Blue…

Consequences?

Some details had been finished only….

Clean escape and antenna with 1z Crome and metal polish….

Clean with windscreen to clear and stamped glasses with grojet. Plastics with Balsam and rubber with gummy. Tires with 3x New take off look.

E garage with it…

In the following day one “End was followed inspection” with the QD of meguiars and was followed it photographic session of the custom.

E as prettier than a machine of these detailed only exactly a machine of these detailed… to walk

Each detail in Portugal costs 150€/200€ here.
It will be that he is expensive?
How much it is that it costs in your land?

Great job

You should look into using Zaino products on your finished results for an unbelieveable finish.
