YW logo photoshop trial!
There was a topic about making a logo in order to recognize YW peeps.
so how bout every1 with skillz show wat they got.. just an idea. my first is a bit corny but yea, remember to keep it simple because if sum1 prints it out (etimago's friend :p), it needs to be cheap..no crazy effects or w/e..color, outline...just like the YW.com sticker.. mine's isn't really a logo..but I'll work on 1 as I get more idea. plz participate! -- Blen

I won't even try. I still need the young-n-hip guide to vernacular speak just to keep up with Blenjar.

I am so glad I'm not the only one that needs a translator when Blenjar is around. I don't think English is his first language.

Don't forget the Belta too, don't wanna make JDM-inclined sedan owners feel left out!

Can't you do vector in photoshop? When it says "do you want to rasterize?" it converts vector to pixel, so that has to mean you started with vector, right? I know text starts that way, but surely you can do vector graphics too.

You can draw a shape (not painted with brush) and export (or drag/drop, copy/paste) paths to illustrator. But it literally exports just the path, so any stroke/fill color you've done does not show up. I hear that stuff done with brushes can also be done using "make work path" command or something, I have not tried it. For simple logo I'd have to agree with echo, start with vector. |
