2015 Hatch suspension options.

I love my 2015 hatch, but would love to get rid of the body lean. Would a thicker rear sway remedy this, or would I have to get coilovers? Lowering it would not bother me as long as it's not TOO low to roll on my mechanic's lift. Am I correct in assuming earlier year's parts will fit the '15 hatch?

Thank you, in advance. I am coming from the reference of being a former Miata owner with a modified suspension which sort of spoils me regarding handling. 😆

Mark me down as interested as well! Just purchased a 2915 5 door SE, and already do not like the body roll. Which confuses me a little, because I thought they beefed up the SE handling.
I also have a full set if Eibach springs for an XD, does anyone know if I could use those?
TRD Part numbers for reference

I can't get these in Canada, but as I understand, people have had success at US dealerships...

Rear Sway Bar - Toyota (PTR11-52071)

Performance Shocks - Toyota (PTR04-52061)

Spring Kit - Toyota (PTR11-52070)

TRD Sport Muffler Part No.: PTR03-52081

Quick Shifter - Toyota (PTR46-52081)

Splash Guards, Set Of Four - Toyota (PT769-52090)

You are correct. The suspension is essentially the same for all model years. Any aftermarket parts that fit one year will fit all years.

Hey! A fellow Floridian! If you don't mind the cost of coilovers, I would suggest going that route. I'm running a stock front swaybar and coilovers on my 07, car handles perfectly for some spirited driving on the street. Good luck!

I have tein stech springs in my 2zr swapped yaris (they have been in all of my yaris at one point or another) and if I remember correctly, they are listed as fitting the xd and yaris from tein.

My beater yaris is currently sitting on stock xd springs. Being thicker material, they are much stiffer than stock yaris springs, resulting in better handling and about 1-1.5" of lift.

Check out micro image on eBay.

Where are you located? I am in SWFL. I am not sure which coilovers I want, maybe Tein Street Basis since they are not too crazy. I am also thinking of getting a rear sway.

I have been on this site for years and the number one handling upgrade that everyone recommends is a rear sway bar. TRD being the easiest to install, and there were others that liked the Whiteline one.
As far as coil overs, they are not a great option anywhere in the snow belt if you want to drive your car in the winter, too many problems with the bits seizing. But, with you being in Florida, coilovers are a great option if you are willing to pay the price. Tein is a good name and they have been put on the Yaris a lot over the years.
