need pinout of ignition switch

i was wondering if someone could tell me what the pinout of the ignition switch is. i have looked at the connector and see it has 6 wires running to it. what is each wire?

there's actually 7 wires? I looked into that, they connect in weird ways at each stage (ACC-ON-START)... look at the engine control PDF on www.etimago.com/yaris/repairmanual , page ES-249

i looked at my plug last night and spot # 3 and spot where #8 would be are empty. and 7 (black wires) have 2 wires running into that same hole. how can i tell what color is what in that diagram? lol

The 09 pinout and colors are a bit different than the 07 and 08:

Yellow - Switched +12 VDC
Pink - Ignition
Green - Start
White - Accessory

is there a constant 12V here or do i tap into it elseware?

Constant 12V is best gotten off of the fuse panel. Look at the red wire in this picture. Use a 1/4" female spade to connect to the top one of the two terminals.

I will eventually. I subscribed to TIS for one day and grabbed all of the EWD's and about 90% of the rest of the 09 service manual. I just need to convert the EWD's from the .svgz format (readable to Adobe Illustrator) to PDF so all can open them and combine the 1000+ separate documents into smaller groups. I had to print each small section (2-3 pages each) to pdf from the TIS site.
