Clutch Interchangeability

I just picked up a 2007 Yaris. I noticed that there is some clutch slip (no tach, but I can tell if I get on it, I am not accelerating as much as I should). So, I am looking into replacing the clutch with an Exedy OEM Kit. thebarber stated in this thread, that we can use clutch kits suited for the 1zz and 2zz. They are a bit cheaper than 1nz kits. Can anyone confirm that this is true? Thanks!

Here are examples for reference:

Yaris Exedy OEM Clutch

Celica GTS Exedy OEM Clutch

According to these two ads, the outer diameter and input shaft spline for each application are identical, yet the Celica application is $50 less.

If you scroll down on those ads, it even list the clutch disc and cover part numbers as the same. I wonder if the Throw out and pilot bearing are the same

Subscribed. Apparently the 1nz clutch fits with the 2zr meaning a 1zz and 2zz clutch would also work. Gives plenty of options
