New to the Yaris world

Hello everybody,

I recently aquired a White 2007 Yaris Sedan

Quick back story

This car was purchased by my grandpa back in 2006, barely driven.
After my grandpa passed away (made it to 100, like a boss) my dad drove the car for about 1 year or so.

The car currently has 39,000 Miles on it, due to it mainly driving to the grocery store and back. I still have everything that came with the car, all of the books and documentation, even the window sticker.

Here are my main concerns.
While the car has low mileage, it is still 10 years old.
It spend the large majority of it's life 1 block from the beach in South Florida, and then 1 year in West Virginia, surviving a winter.

I was curious if there were certain things I should keep my eye on?
I did run a car fax on it, and it appears I need to take it in for the passenger airbag recall.

So far I am getting 29-32mpg in LA traffic

Thanks,
James

2007? only thing i would worry about is the water pump. it will spit pink fluid on the backside of your hood when it starts going bad. It's a one time replace it and forget it thing.

Toyota Yaris recall recalls

With VIN number handy, call the Toyota number in the owners manual to see what recalls they say it has had and needs.

Congrats; sounds like you got a well preserved car. It may also need the passenger seat spring and seat belt foam recalls.

Yep, I already checked it out.
Passenger Side airbag recall is the only thing that popped up for it.

Did they tell you any other recalls that had already been done on your 07 Sedan? (my 07 Hatch has had several)
Just curious...noting the hatch had a different design team, and our cars may have been built in different countries, etc.
