Found a Yaris S splitter and front bumper with mounting points!

Got it from a fellow forumite here. The paint shop is going to fix all the scuffs and scrapes and repaint it jolt yellow... once it cures I’m having both pieces wrapped in Xpel. Also repainting my hood, mirror covers, and fenders and installing new lift assemblies in the process... my 2009 is essentially getting a total face lift.

Had a question about the grill that mounts to the lower splitter. It unscrews and has a part number stamped on it however I’m not able to find that part number on any of the major parts sites online: PZ327-52022. I can fix it - just wasn’t sure why the number isn’t showing up anywhere?

One other issue: I’ve got a missing tap in the lower assembly though. I’m hopeful the shop can mock something up out of abs and repair it via welding the plastic.

Man. I have been looking everywhere for this lip! Does the lip have a part number as well? Toyota has no diagram with it.

Yeah I have all the new part numbers... I’ll dig them up for you later when I go through my email.

This was way cheaper than new though. The new ones are like $350 shipped for just the lip. You have to slot your front bumper for the lip to attach. And I’m not sure what all comes with the lip because, like you said, Toyota is super secretive and doesn’t show diagrams. This was actually shipped from California by a forumite here who had it in the for sale sections. We talked back and forth for like 2+ years about it. He had to freight it to me - but I essentially got a second front bumper and the splitter for a little more than the price toyota is selling just the splitter for. And I have to have a second bumper so I can paint it, let it cure, and wrap it in Xpel. Once it gets mounted on the car without Xpel it gets sandblasted by the terrible roads in Atlanta.

Thank you good sir. That’s going to look fantastic when completed. I don’t mind doing the fitting myself. I worked in a paint shop for a few years but I couldn’t find this lip anywhere. I’ll try to look for one second hand in the meantime but I think it’s worth the trip to the dealership to ask as well.

Front fascia should be:

PZ321-52032

There are a number of places that stock it. Some seem
Cheap but check shipping on all. Some
Places charge like $20... some places charge like $140 for frieght!? So make sure to add it to your cart and factor/estimate shipping at a bunch of different sites before you buy!

Awesome. Thank you so much. I found out that the part number you have is the entire assembly with the lip, mounting and all small accessories. There’s also a part number specific for the pre drilled bumper. It’s 5211952961PFM.

I wasn’t aware there was a difference but I just looked and there sure is one. Thank you. Good thing they’re pretty cheap.

It can be done keeping the existing '08 lights. You need to remove about 1/4" on the '09 bumper cover on each side. This removal is done on the point where hood, light, and bumper cover meet. That is all that us needed to fit it. The only other thing is then living with the gap created where the new cover curves inward to facilitate the new shape of the '09 light. It's not bad, just not perfect.
