My latest mod and last mod for awile due to stupid economy and hour cuts....

Installed my TRD fusebox cover today. Sorry a whole ton of fingerprints on it i should have polished it before the pic.

Looks like this is my last mod for awile. My work has really cut back on hours for everyone. Running a 5 bay shop on bare bones 1.5 to 2 people a day now. So everyone has to work thier ass off every day and not get any hours either. Makes everyone hate thier job and want to quit but we really cant since there are no jobs for automotive technicians in the bay area now. For me it adds up to about a 300 dollar pay cut a week im out.

So I got to put a pause on my modding for awile =(.

Your engine compartment looks great! Hope the economic situtation turns around soon. Lots of people are cutting back on their lifestyle.

Guess people have to eat before carrying out more mods on their ride.

It's funny isn't it? How much money people spend when the economy is doing good; and when the economy is doing bad, people spend less, when the economy needs more money to be spent to help it out.

Yeah. Ive found myself in simular situations. Like when i tried to get a credit card. I was declined by everyone acues id idnt have enough credit history Meaning i had none. But i would require gaining a credit card to gain credit in the first place.

Also when i first started as a mechanic no one owuld hire me becaues they wanted people with min several years experience. But since no one would hire me i coudlnt get experience.

Looks good, Jason! Your car looks really, really nice and immaculate in person. I could see the shine in the dark!!

Yeah, this economy is really hurting but what you describe is pretty much the standard everywhere these days. They keep fewer people around, make them work much, much harder, to the breaking point, and of course, you can't just up and go because there is nowhere to go to. Tough economy is hard on the unemployed and the employed.

Hang in there.
