How Do I Make Fog Lights Always On?

I just bought an Spec D OEM fog light kit for my '08 HB and I'm wondering how I can wire them to be always hot and use a regular toggle to turn them off and on. I want to do this so I could use them for more light on the highway at night, and with the parking lights in low light situations.

wire them to the windshield washer pump. This was you don't need to go through the fire wall (except for your switch). It received 12v ignition power source. This is how I wired my Halo's so that they're now my DRL'shttp://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55603
