I'm partial to Tein because they offer the biggest drop, but it isn't a "should get" thing. It's a "appropriate for what you want/need" thing.

Since you said you drive over a lot of potholes, I'd just stick with the TRD springs (not on your list).

TRD would have the least amount of drop.

I didn't replace my stock struts/shocks when I installed my springs. I'm waiting for them to wear out before replacing.

I have KYB excel G's (oem length and dampening) on the front still with my lowering springs and haven't had any issues. Generally this will lead to a shortened life of your strut so plan on buying some struts more often and going with a pricier aftermarket performance strut if you want them to last.

The only issue I've noticed is on harsh bumps (train tracks or drops) the front will bottom out fairly hard, this is why I left my bumpstops at full length. With stiffer struts it will slow the speed of compression down and will likely stop the bottoming out or greatly reduce it.

I use KYB Lowfer Sports shocks and springs combo. Made in Japan. Decent drop but improved handling, driving and braking. HTH
