Just replaced my A/C condenser, now what?
I finally replaced my condenser last week as the old one was damaged 16 months ago and my cousin had the car for nearly 10 of those months.
My question is can I just go buy a large can of the R134 and fill 'er up or is there a certain process to refilling an empty system? Would it be best to take it to a shop? I have your regular basic tools but none of the fancy a/c stuff. I know where the upper line is to fill from but wasn't sure if I had to bleed the system as I know it's full of air right now. Thanks! |
