Changing 2008 Flash Relay

I've got a 2008 Hatchback, and recently the Turn Signal/Indicator/Hazard Light Fuse blew. I replaced it with the spare 10A, but that blew within a day. Thinking the spare might be faulty, I invested in some new ones, and a new one worked for about a day and a half, and blew again after about 10 minutes of driving. I asked around, and it was suggested that it could be the relay that is having an issue. From what I've read, changing relays isn't an enormous challenge, but I can't seem to find any information on changing the flash relay for a Yaris. I was wondering if anyone has had experience doing this, or can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

It is right behind the cubby by your left knee.

In the photo below it is the large grey chunk on the right. There are two plastic tabs under it that hold it to its connector below. Besides the flasher relay, the stalk could also be the culprit.
