Two different PCV valve Part#s for Yaris?

Just went to my dealer to pick up my special order touch up paint (see below)and asked for a Yaris PCV valve while I was there already. I wanted to have one in my spares stash.Parts man told me there's two different types for the Yaris and same for the Corollas? I did'nt know which I have so I left empty handed.
Can anybody verify this?

There are two different for 08's based on build date.

08/2007 - 06-2008: 12204-21011
06/2008 - 08/2008: 12204-21012

07's use the 12204-21011
09's use the 12204-21012

Hey guys... Came across this thread while I was searching for some info and wonder why Toyota would have used two different PCVs? wonder what is the different in the PCV system??
The only difference I can think of with the actual PCV could be the tension of the internal spring in the PCV.

What do you guys think
