IMHO... pwede ito tol ACOUSTIC Fiber, dual purpose ito for heat and sound proofing. I could help pagdating dito.. we just need to find some acoustic material that we could use to dead the sound inside our yarii.

Tol, try mo kaya lagyan ng comforter(2 or 3) yung buong trunk mo.

Ganito yun bro... kasi kung gusto mo totally mabawasan yung outside noise IDEALLY dapat LAHAT, I mean buong sasakyan. Kung nakita mo na SILA, lahat nang gumawa nito, mapapansin mo buong FLOORING, from the TRUNK to the DASH BOARD(under), tinapalan nila. After that yung PINTO(all doors) naman nilagyan din ng SOUND absorbent material. In our case, we will try it one after the other, normally sa TRUNK talaga nagsisimula then papasok sa loob. Technically, kung sa TRUNK lang tayo, for sure mababawasan ang sound coming from the back especially the MUFFLER. Pero yung ROAD noise which is coming from the FLOORING, nandun pa rin yun KUNG hindi natin ito gagalawin o lalagyan. So, its in our hands - choice kung saan dapat lagyan muna, SILA nga kanya-kanyang style, merong buong flooring(metal side), meron namang PATSI-PATSI lang.

So materyales muna tayo saka tayo bibira okay?

As what I see from the forums here, naka-stick talaga sa body ng yaris yung material so maybe malaking factor nga siguro kung nakadikit talaga yung pang deadening na ilalagay.
