HVAC Dials Replaceable?

Yesterday my top HVAC fan speed control outer ring - the one that diverts air from outside and inside - made an unfortunate snap sound and went all loose on me. I'll pull the center console out in the next day or two, but in the meantime, does anyone know if these dials can be individually replaced? It's easy to find a whole center console with the 3 dials fairly inexpensively, but I have yet to see one for the RS which is all black.

I found this video and I hope it's the fix. But, if not, I'll source a part from the diagram you provided.

I am almost sure you just need to snap the plastic back in and you will be good to go!
I had to do it already two times.

I do not know why but the big flap (that enables/disables airflow from outside) behind the glove compartment sometimes sticks to the bottom part and refuses to open when the flap is closed for 24hrs+. It sticks very lightly but still sticks. If you try opening it too hard then the console outer ring snaps off.

I tried to clean the touching surfaces of the flap with all possible cleaners (including pure isopropylalcohol) but after a week or two the sticky flap is back.

So if you manage to snap the plastic part back in and the issue appears again, it may be the flap that is the root cause of the problem. But at the moment I do not have a comfortable solution (the only thing that works is to make sure the flap is OPENED when leaving the car).

Thanks very much, komichal. I hope that the peg has just slipped out as that would be an easy fix. The funny thing is, is that when I turned the dial, there was no more than the typical resistance which is almost nil. I did feel a slight snap but I suppose it could have just slipped out of the retaining hole. The video I linked was good, but didn't really show or demonstrate what causes it to pop out of its hole. And, I do hope that the flapper door is not my issue. I'm also hoping that I didn't actually damage my HVAC unit when I was creating the dent in my firewall for turbo clearance.
