Antifreeze leak on intake manifold near TB

I tried searches but didn't come up with anything like my problem.

I found this antifreeze buildup on the black plastic intake manifold. Its near the throttle body. It appears that the antifreeze is slowly leaking out of the intake manifold in this area and making little stalactites.

Does anybody know what this is?
