renew windshield edges?
i was wondering how, if even possible, to renew the black border on the edges of the windshield?
this is what im talking about it's that rusty-looking part idk if it is rust or not but yehhh any ideas? unfortunately, i dont have a garage for my car to be safely protected in, so im assuming that it came from sun/weather-ing

a pumuse hand cleaner , or a brand over here called JIFF , is really good
or you could try scrub bright , (things used to clean pots and pans) but be careful not too scratch paint. |

Try meguiars plastic cleaner/protectant-it may not have a permanent effect-this looks like damage from too strong of windshield washer fluid or acid rain. The meguiars will hide the spotting till the car's washed the next time-but, with any luck it might remove whatever stained the rubber. Good luck

best I have found is
MOTHER'S "back to black" works wonders only temporary but if you remeber to put it on after a wash it will serve you well for at least a month (if you're in full sunshine all the time)

Meguires sells a product i forget the name but its simular to mothers back to black. I have actually both products in my detailing cabnet. They both work wonders.
