Hi to each of u.
On my yaris 1.5 ts I have 4.3 final stock gearbox.
I need shorther.
4.5 or 4.7 final on other toyota 5 gear c transmission?

There are shorter final drives. I converted from stock Yaris 3.7 to Scion xB 4.3.

You want shorter than that? That's serious!

shorter? maybe you can see if a 1.3L vitz final drive gear is compatible...it has a 5.08 and 5.70 final gear (i think it might be japan only)

I take it back. TRD only offered 4.0 and 3.7, the RS at 4.3 seems to be (like the xB) the shortest of the line.

There's a 4.7:1 final drive in existence, but I have no idea how you would track it down. Perhaps get a unicorn to help you?

Rob's rally car has a 4.7:1 in it, I think it's a TRD unit too (IIRC)

We have the 4.6 final drive for the Vitz available, they are $1500 plus shipping and take 7-10 days to arrive.

Yes, 4.6 is Kaaz. We can also get the 3,4,5 gears from Kaaz.

The TRD 4.7 is $1350 but is not a direct fit in the Vitz, it's made for the AE111 C-160 transmission. You will need to machine the housing and swap bearings to fit the TRD 4.7 which ends up costing more than getting the 4.6 from Kaaz.

I didn't see this tricky to install trd 4.7.
Things going interesting.
Sure 4.6 is too long.
Maybe better 3,4,5 shorter to go 180kph at 7000rpm.
Even better + 4.6 finalr 170kph.
Please tell me price for kaaz 3,4,5 gear set + 4.6 final.

Roughly $100 to ship to Italy.

To complete,
I heard lots good/bad things on phantom grip lsd.
Does starlet EP82 fit yaris?
I know C52 trans starlet while C54 yaris same lsd.
Once they open gearbox maybe installing 300usd phantom grip can be cheaper than 1000 kaaz or os giken or trd.....?
