drilled the wrong hole, what now?

i was installing a switch today and i didnt realize there's a metal piece behind it and I couldn't put the switch it. I am now left with a hole like this. Any idea what i should do to cover it up? how much is it if I buy the whole piece?

thanks

Ouch. That lower dash assembly is a good junkyard find part. The other option would be to cover that little section with some adhesive vinyl.

Finish and clean up the cut, find a switch that will fit the opening, gut it flat, (dremel it shallow so it fits)
install.

Serves no purpose other than camouflage.

The plastic jack holder under your driver's seat should be the same color. Just cut a small rectangle a little larger than your unfortunate plastic surgery malpractice error and glue it over. It shouldn't be that noticeable.
