Keyless Smart Entry and locking Problem

So I have this problem occurred on my Yaris (S Limited '2012) that has built-in keyless entry from the factory, with keyless start too.

Normally, I can push the switch on driver's door handle to lock the doors and just touch the touch sensor on the handle carrying the fob to unlock the doors.

To make sure that the switch is giving respond, I already do some random test to push the switch with the driver door opened (key inside the vehicle, on passenger seat), and it does a long beep.

Any door lock control using the button near power window control, and remote is working fine

I have come to the toyota authorized repair shop and they tell to change part name "main body ECU 82730-52380" and "oscilator 69210-12321-A0"

I'm curious what is the real problem happen in my car, and where to start the check. Thank you for your attention.
