leaky
Hi, I just noticed a small water leak coming from the ceiling mount for the rear center seat belt on my '08 Yaris LB and am wondering why it started leaking and where the water is coming in from. It did rain last night and the car sat outside. First time this happened. Any ideas?

It could be coming in from either the hatch weatherstripping or the antenna mount. You can get your fingers above the headliner to feel for water up there. If it is pooling above then it is the antenna mount. If it is wicking along the face of the headliner, then it is getting between the hatch and the weatherstripping.

Earlier this year I backed into a low garage and cracked the antenae base but I super glued it together I thought successfully. I will check it again with a fine tooth comb and see if there is still a place where water could be coming in there. Thanks again man! :o) CT Scott to the rescue once again!!! I looked at a Scion XD and its antenae is hinged. Perhaps I should order one of those.
