Loading Techstream software onto a 64 bit laptop (windows 10)

I received my techstream cable in the mail today. Wasted a good 5 hours and achieved nothing as all of my laptops are 64 bit.

Can anyone explain to me how to load the driver onto a 64 bit laptop? It has been done and can be done and I've tirelessly read about other vaguely outlining the steps but I am not an IT guy and the explanations are poor.

Thanks
