Apparently my ecu isn't providing power to a relay rendering half my fusebox dead.

Not sure. Wife insisted it get to a shop to be fixed. My car is going in a body shop next week for some cosmetic fixes after a tree fell on it and she didn't want to deal with us both getting to work with 1 car.
