07 Sedan driver side window roller hard to move

Recently, my 07 Sedan's window roller has been acting strange. Sometimes, it takes a lot of force to move it, and it gets stuck for a bit. Other times, though, it rolls just fine. Is there any way to fix this?

try spraying the window's edges with silicone spray.

My brother had bought a 7th gen celica that had the drivers window motor replaced because the thought it was dyeing. All it was, was a lack of lube in the window tracks. Sprayed it and the window went up and down like new.

I would pop the door panel off and look for what's binding.
You don't say if this manual or power. Look for insulation in the crank or on the track. Something that would interfere. You can lube the crank with grease, not much.
White lithium is good but anything will work. Also, look at the arms of the window mech for any bending, check the rotation points.

a petroleum bassed lube will attract dust and dirt.

Use silicon as it repels water and dust.
