Former Echo Cup Car with 4AGE swap

Here are some photos since we sorta lost them when the site got hacked...

Just to jog everyone's memory.

Car has a 4age blacktop motor with 6 speed transmission and LSD. Also a custom turbo setup was made for the motor. Currently boosting at 8.5psi with 11.1:1 compression. Soon to be at 20+psi with 9:1 compression.

hopefully Garm can post his thread up also!

It's mad enough that you have a 20V 4A-GE in between the wheels of an NCP13 Yaris/Vitz, but turbo as well? Let's just say that still waters run deep and my friend, you're as deep as it gets!

Hey turboecho, i have to say that this and the black "kakaroach" are the two badded echo's i have seen. That said, i also feel the echo's handling is better than the yaris. I wish i had bought an echo over my yaris. :(

I just picked up my winter beater and possibility another new project car that i'll start next summer.

The Celica GTS has no rust on it with is very rare for a Canadian car from ontario. Hopefully it will last the winter without the car getting smashed in the icy weather.

Both cars are red and i really hate red.... :(

Hey turboecho2005,
Is wraith still running around the echo forums?
I've wanted to buy either his or your car when you're done with them.

When did this become a Cup car? And what does that mean? I don't remember reading that detail before!

Garm

I guess i forgot to mention that but i thought i did. Toyota produced a limited number of race echos for the Echo Cup racing series in Canada.

The car came brand new with momo shifter, momo steering wheel, momo pedals, 1 momo bucket seat, suspension, roll cage, rims, CAI, exhaust but other then they were factory cars.
