Speaker fitment

Will the 6.5" Alpine Type R SPR 17c Coax fit in the 07 Hatchback? Which size go in the rear 6.5" or 5.25"?

Lots more if you don't care to roll down the windows.

yea unfortunately it occasionally happens. 2.5' mounting depth tops really puts the options pretty low.

Well I got the amps. I went with the Eclipse EA4200 and XA1200. I am now focasing on the speakers. I am thinking about the Polk MM series. 5.25 in the front and just a 6.5 mid-bass in the rear. Thoughts?

interesting pic.... 2" before glass... I've got a pair of 8's that require 4" mounting depth... and some 6's that require 3.75.... I still think I can fit them without modding the door.... might have to tilt the speakers a bit to get the magnet under the window.... Thank god for Tiny Neodymium motors.

hey, okay, i'm looking to put in a system in my yaris 5 door. i have no idea where to begin. i have installed about 30 systems before but never in a small yaris. i was seriously thinking taking out the spare tire and planting a 12 there. i dont wanna lose all my trunk space but i want it to pound. the systems i have installed were jsut amps, subs(in box) and all neccessary hardware. and they were placed in the trunk. this is my car, i want it to be sick and creative. not gonna lie, i also know nothing about systems, only how to install them. coudl i get the same pound if i only use door mounted speakers?

Those Polk's do look nice. I am going to look into those a little deeper. I like the Polk MOMO's too.
