"Fked" my synchros
ayyyyyyy I wanna know if there's a solution to... semi... totally FCKED synchros on my 08 Hatch manual Yaris (C56 transmission I believe ??????)
my 3rd is grinding when I shift it at average-high to high rpm... and my second now grinds only when I downgrade in 2nd... at average rpm I figured... if I wanna "fix" this,,, it might be better for me to change the whole thing... I'm thinking 6 Speed C60 (bulletproof synchros is what I heard about them.....) I race my car... and I also daily it... (yeahhhhhhhh stupid... I already know.....) is there any other options for me ? PS... I'm a DIY guy.... but transmission is my limit ... I wont open the damn thing I fear too much of f*cking it even more... is there a better geared transmission that is 6 speed... I saw something about a C160... but... can I find this thing in canada ? doubt it !
