Question Steering & Suspension Problem?!

Please bear with me. I am not really a car enthusiast like most of you here.

So 2 issues:

1. Why is it that when I turn the wheel or hold it in a turned position, it feels like its slipping slightly back & forth?

2. I would also hear a springing noise when I go over bumps or even cracks in the road. Is the noise coming from my suspension?

Should I be worried and whatever it is, would it be covered under warranty?

If you have warranty, I'd just take it in for them to look at.

I know you're not a car enthusiast, but you are a car driver and know better than we do how it feels. If you're worried, just take it in to be safe.
