Removing tire?

What tool do I need to get the tire off? Looks like a hex bit needs to go in there..

Huh? Standard lug wrench.

Thread size is 12x1.5mm, and the wrench flats are 21mm. A SAE size 13/16ths would be close...

And when you reinstall that tire, torque the lug nuts to 76 lb/ft.

Maybe he has some kind of after market locking lug nuts, or some type of after market wheel that has a center hub cap that's held on with screws? Other than that, I have no ideal what looking at.

I'm guessing the OP is dealing with this type of aftermarket lug nut.



Probably got himself a used car with aftermarket wheels installed and was not provided with the lug key.

Good point, I never thought about that but I would expect if that were the case he'd either be a bit more descriptive in his post or include some pictures.

But given that it's already been a week and no reply, we may just have another one-hit wonder here...
