Gotta Love A Deal, Huh?

Yar-Yar's will run well on any decent quality oil that meets specs.
The most important thing is to CHANGE the oil (on any car, really...)
It's rewarding (and easy to do, especially on this 1NZ-FE engine)
I can get 5W-30 Warren Oil Company Synthetic-Blend for 2.37 a quart, everyday, at a local hometown grocery store near my home. With the 3.00 Baldwin B-33 oil filters I found in April, at $12.48 for an oil change, how can you go wrong?

I can't do oil change without jacking up the car anymore. The bucket doesn't even fit under the car.. well it does, but i can't put my hand through anymore..

I used to run the car up on a curb where I lived but now that Ive moved to a local with wimpy curbs I use ramps.

Ramps are good because they let you get under the car and check things like the cv joint boots and other things. You can also R and R those suspension bolts that rust out.

If you run the front right tire up on a curb & get a lower pan, you should be good to go.

Yes they are big and yellow. $19 years ago at Harbor Freight. Good for many chores!

'Cause you'll wear the JACK OUT!
Sorry, I see now what you originally wrote, my bad
Your car is probably lowered so you need a jack to get some height.
I forget I have one of those stock 2013 Yaris' with 6'' clearance to the drain bolt. (and you sit high enough to be at eye level with the driver of an 18 wheeler) Technically, you'd park the driver side front wheel on the curb to get a better drain...

The oil normally sells for over $4 a quart. (is that expensive enough for you?)

Also it meets service SN.

My 1974 VW Beetle went over 250,000 miles before it was scrapped. (floor pan rusted out too bad to weld) 1980 Subaru Hatchback 98,000 miles and sold in perfect working order. Needed bigger car. 1988 VW Fox 101,000 miles and sold because I couldn't get it to start. Found out it was a bad fuel pump reply. 1988 Fox Wagon 300,000 miles before scrapped. (this was Dads car i maintained and sold to the neighbor after he died. Neighbor drove it until just a few years ago.) 1979 MB 240D sold with 153,000k miles only because I couldn't work on it any more. 1992 Honda Accord Station Wagon 150,000 miles when it was stolen. 1992 Saturn SL1 150,000 miles transmission shot. 1992 Toyota Camry 160,000 miles when rear ended and totled. 2000 Toyota ECHO ~200k miles sold in working order and currently living in Costa Rica. 2005 Camry currently 114,000 miles and counting.

Some of these were my cars, some the wifes cars and some the kids cars.

Also, 153,000 miles on a 1975 BMW R90/6 motorcycle sold in running condition. 1992 Honda ST1100 motorcycle 109,000 miles ran like new when sold.

Buy your used car from Bronsin with confidence!

Wow. 300,000 miles on a Fox Wagon...and another Fox that made it over 100,000 miles..... My girlfriend at the time bought a new 4-door Fox in 1988. I remember driving it when it was brand new...it felt as though it would soon fall apart even when it was new .

When I bought my Fox the dealer drove it up while we stood expectantly at the curb. The engine rattled and clattered. I told the salesman "No WAY Im excepting this car!"

We walked away and went to another dealer and got a different one.

I was a VW man through and through then...
