Brakes?
I have a 2007 Lift Back Yaris. How do I remove my rear drum brakes?

Why? To paint 'em up? If you have under 50K miles they will be fine - maybe some dust in there.

first find a jack
place jack under car at one of the rear jack points find lug nut wrench loosen 4 wheel nuts on said wheel, slightly turn crank on jack clock wise untill tire is off of the ground remove loosened wheel nuts (if you did not loosen them enough apply parking break) remove wheel from car if parking break was applied, release it pull on drum with even pressure, it should slide off easily if it does not slide off easily try tapping with a hammer between studs and try to slide off again or read this thread http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12333
