Exclamation DIY how to remove door panel ??

Hi guys ...

I need help

i'll be really grateful if someone shows me how to disassemble the door panel from the inside on a sedan ...

2007 Yaris Factory Repair Manual

I'm not sure which part of the manual it's in, but it should be in there. That repair manual gives you the low-down on how to pull apart just about everything on the Yaris!

only mentioned the screws positions .. clips locations not listed >>>

how I do it, on hb:

begin with the three grey panels, just rip them up.

Remove the little clip that's in the front side of the panel (screw driver to pop it off).

Remove 4 screws in the red pieces of plastic inside where the grey panels were.

Rip off door panel.


Before re-installing, check that all the clips you ripped off are in place in the door panel and not stuck in the door. You may need to buy replacements for broken clips (pack of 30 was like $15).

is there anyway i can remove the part i've shown in red without removing the whole door ??

Mine is a hatchback so I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like there is just one screw that holds down that control module:
