Need to install a 2007 door on a 2009 model. Help!

Hi guys,

I was involved in a hit and run. My driver's side of my 2009 yaris 4 door sedan is all caved in, and I am unable to open the door from the outside. I don't have full insurance coverage so I have to cover the costs myself :( I bought a 2007 driver's side door and am wondering if you guys know if it can fit a 2009 model? The door was only 200 bucks which is a lot cheaper than some of the offers I saw out there, so I am not going to be too sad if it doesn't fit.

Any help would be great!

Thanks!

Not sure. If no one else chimes in with a definite answer, I would suggest getting a hold of your Toyota parts guy and ask him to cross the part numbers to see if they match.

Yeah there should be no issues with fitment. Since any face lifts that happened between '06 and '09 involved changing only plastic body parts, anything made of steel would have remained unchanged.
