timing chain markings

hi all im sorry if i shouldnt of create another thread for this but its doing my head in, i have recently changed the cam chain on the toyota yaris and to me it seems 2 be tdc all lined up etc but engine still running like crap does anyonw have any idea if there is actual timing marks i can line the intake and bd exhaust cam shafts up 2 as well as am i right in thinking the crank shaft pully should be lining up withthe 0 not 10 on the timing cover markings thank you in advance josh
edit i completely forgot to say that its a 2szfe 1.3 engine
