Can someone explain this to me? It appears to be an FC RX-7 oil cooler, plumbed with garden hose, and attached outside the bodywork. Is it functional, or just a style thing on this model car - I spotted at least three with this setup, although only one was using garden hose.
 Not hating, just curios.
