2006 A/C pro need help

I send my hb 06 to garage too check the a/c because dosen't work this year. The compressor maybe start cause when i push the a/c buttom the rpm goes up.

The garage flush and refill the a/c. Its much better but the compressor spin all the time. They said need new vompressor...if it possible ia the solenoid need to replace? Or really need new comp?
I didnt find place to buy only the clutch kit for 06

Tell that garage to learn a few things about newer compressors. The compressors on the 2nd gens are not electromagnetic clutches, therefore they always spin but are not actually always working

So possibly the selenoid are bad?

If its possible to remove it without remove freon-a/c gas?
