1zz tb idle control (allen wrench)

idle stays high between 900-1000 when i drive around town...after 20 second it calms down to 750-800...everybody said chip away the epoxy and turn counter clock wise to slow the idle..felt like it wasnt calming down...so i rotated clock wise and feels like its still the same..i mean it goes down to 650rpm but still takes time...now my allen wrench fu*ked up the screw part where i cannot even spin it anymore..fml 😂😂😂😂😂
