2ZZ Yaris, It can be done!

I witnessed first hand a 4dr Yaris this weekend with a 2ZZ 6spd swap installed. IMG00038.jpg
I have more pics, video & info coming soon. On a side note the turbo kit is still coming, I have just been to busy with a few other personal things, I will try to update everyone on the turbo kit ASAP

Where's the turbo going to fit, it looks quite full under the hood?

This must be the vehicle whose video has been posted up running darn-fast quarter mile times. Very cool. I'm sure it was a lot of work shoehorning that engine into the bay. Plus, I know I'd have a problem registering something like that for street use. Regardless, it's pretty neat!

OP didn't say anything about a 2zz turbo

i doubt there's room between the firewall and exhaust manifold for a turbo, nor adequate room for intercooler piping in the engine bay...

i wouldn't mind an idea of what it takes to shoehorn a 2zz into that yaris...

More details please? If this swap is possible with out extremely extensive amounts of work I may just retire my yaris as a DD and buy a busted POS beater for a 1000 bucks to drive during its downtime for the swap.

I'm fine with that. The only thing I'm afraid of is extensive wiring.
