Some experience with Everstart Maxx battery

I replaced the battery of my 2007 yaris in March with a Walmart's Everstart battery 26N. I have heard good things about this battery on this forum. It's been great and free of problems until yesterday.

Just yesterday after being out of town for 10 days, the battery is completely dead, no lights, not even dome/map lights were working. I tested it with a multimeter and it reads 1.85V.
I am confused, even some crappy ones won't be so dead after just 10 days. I was starting to think if there's something drawing currents on the car (I have done a few mods and changed the head unit)

Today, I took it to the nearest Walmart and ask for a replacement/repair. They tested it, and it won't charge, it's actually dead. And so they gave me a new one.

I'm not sure if it's just a defective unit or it has crappy quality control. Time will tell.

Conclusion: Defective unit, great customer service.

Any one has experience with Everstart batteries?

Yes, I have the Everstart 26R. I had to, at one point, call AAA to come start my Yaris. I had been sort of 'pushing the envelope' listening to the radio with the engine off. I stopped doing that and before long took the battery in to be tested (expecting that it would fail (=within full warranty) and they would give me a new battery). Instead, the battery passed the test and has been working fine since. I've had the battery since September 9. 2012.
