DEFINITELY not. Ran a 16.5 bone stock.

14.2 sounds reasonable. I'm going to gun for 13.9 though.

I think you should scoop up a cheap set of racing slicks from craigslist... and do the poly engine mount mod, then rip it down the track

Its all speculation, but I'm shooting for a 100 MPH trap too. Going to be tough.

I don't know, I did everything short of a clutch drop @ 5 grand and couldn't get into the low 16's, and I had damn near every bolt on imaginable.

Ughhh don't clutch drop thats how i ruined my clutch, try to get it on the swing of the clutch pickup, practice and you'll get a better launch every time

Hey, the Chinotake was the shiznit. I'd stack that bad boy against anything for suction purposes... problem is the car was never tuned to know what to do with it.

Good luck with that Rockland! I know what I could have shaved off my time with better shifts, but my launch was almost perfect. 2500-3000 RPM is the sweet spot for a stockish Yaris on street tires. Get some slicks, up that starting RPM and shift a little faster than I and you might have a prayer for a 15.9.

Let off the clutch fast enough to gain good traction off the line without spinning the tires. Tire spin is BAD.
