The next question I would like to ask is whether it is better to buy those bottled fuel system cleaners from the shops or fill up a tank of those Optimax or Utimate with their advertised cleaning addictives properties ... for every 10 tanks of normal 91 - 95 RON fuels?

I just think that people like to believe that they can make a noticable difference in the performance of their car without spending much money. And there's always at least one self-appointed internet "expert" on any given board willing to back them up.

It appears on high performance cars (especially those with Turbo engines), will return better power. So, is the Yaris engine smart enough to make use of the higher octan?

I dont always use premium, maybe 1 out of 10 tanks, but premium is actually a cleaner fuel,it will help keep injectors clean.
