so peeps agree he makes a good box, but when he needs a turbo or rims or whatever, your going to wait a long time, kinda works on the pyramid scheme of things, uses other peoples money to make boxes that were paid for months prior...

***2 SPEAKERMAN***

I understand that you take your business seriously and all that but one thing that kills business.

Customer dissatisfaction.

It don't MATTER if you satisfy 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 percent of your customers.
ALL CUSTOMERS must be treated the same, meaning quality, etc etc the list goes on.

I'm not sure what is your business mission statement but it isn't working out.

I'm not saying this to point out your unsuccessful stories but dude, if you say something, keep your word or you'll get fucked.
For example, I called the HID guys in my state to do my headlight (quotes), he told me early December, I was surprise but now I see why he said then...he knew that he had a handful of customer and he rather do w/e # of customer he can at a time then to get bad reviews.

My suggestions: Tell all of your customers that you are going in a training session, for about a month.
Take a business class at a local community college and learn how to run a business.

advise from a friend.
I read all your bad unsuccessful stories and dude, if I was one of those guys..u do probably hate me for life on what I could had done to ya, and trust me..maybe ur next unhappy customer will cease all your activities for LIFE...careful.

this reminds me of a convention i went to in dec in burbank, ca. stay with me now....the company putting on the convention took everyone's money to pay for a prior convention. when it was time for *our* convention they didn't have any money to actually put it on. and obviously no money to refund us with since they used it for another event. then they filed for bankruptcy. seriously, google Booster Events.

ANYhow....i always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this guy sounds like a complete douche.

NUTZOID.....i'm behind you man.

If you REALLY want to see horrible business practices (that have been going on for YEARS and yet little has stopped him despite ongoing lawsuits).

A shame this has happened. He needs to learn to not take orders on boxes he doesn't have time to complete and hold to his turnaround. If it's going to take a few months, tell the person up front instead of claiming it'll only take 2-3 weeks. But then, I guess that wouldn't give him money in his pocket to pay for all the upgrades to his own car.
