3rd gen yaris foglight wiring

In short: I am trying to get quality foglights at a discount/DIY budget. Here's what I have so far.

I removed plastic shroud under the steering wheel.
I unplugged the connector going into the headlamp/headlight switch. (Mind you, I have a '13 Yaris 5Dr LE for US market).

So, I was under the impression that pin 3 and four just needed to be jumped, but I only have pins 7 and 8. If anyone has time to read the EWD or whatever Toyota calls their wiring diagram, I'd love some people's input. It's awfully close to snowing here in Ohio, and I'd love to get this done before snow.
