Yaris 2 Front Wiper Arm Removal

Wiper arm doesn't come off after removing nut. Plastic surround is so close, unable to fit a puller. Any ideas please?

Did you spray some penetrant into it? There is no magic in there as far as I know.

Yes, sprayed WD40.
Unbelievable there is nothing in the search engines for removing the wiper arms on a Yaris 2.

You need to use a better penetrating fluid than WD40. Apply 3 or so times a day for a couple consecutive days. Rock/wiggle the arm periodically during application period and it should eventually break free.

WD40 is NOT an oil, its not even a penetrate of any kind...in all fairness to WD40 its not ment to lube anything WD stands for "water dryer"

if your cheep and want to wait..get some pb blaster..its not bad stuff but its not great...if you want "quality" order up some "kroil"

as far as removal goes, with the arm vertical pull up on the bolt side while slightly pushing down on the arm side..this useualy will break it free
